What exactly are the issue you are having? Can you connect at all? Are you unable to stay connected?

If you can see under BB Infrastructure connection as Error. My BB is connected to wifi but BIS is showing as connected via Mobile Network. I want to make BIS connection as wifi. Is this possible? Please advise.

There are a lot of BB apps that need to have both WiFi and Mobile Network on in order to work. I know that the BlackBerry is designed to default to WiFi if it is available while still needing a Mobile Network connection as well. I believe that email requires Mobile Network to access/send emails.

The below is showing connected to wifi for BB infrastructure. I am currently roaming and my data services is set to off if roaming.
