Cool. I think they originally rushed the Tour a bit but if you upgrade to OS 5, you'll see a bunch of issues fixed.

I really want 5.0.0.2xx though! Where's the leak?

10 days after this thread started, 20+ pages, leaked pictures but no leak...

I'm bummed... That just made my day worse than it already was!

after all the bitching and whining from the storm owners over "how they got their leak" and it being a "hybrid" ... us Tour owners might have to wait a little longer now depending on who got pissed of last night

Why don't you guys take the latest JAVA files from the Storm 230 release and dump into the Tour 191 Java folder. When you launch the Apploader app it will update your tour to the 230. I was able to get my tour to at least 230 will now test functions to make sure it is stable, play with the 230 until someone leaks a newer OS for the tour

doing this only updates some of the apps on your phone to version .230

it doesnt change the core of the OS (which is the SFI file)

the way you are talking about is how the hybrids are built by using different java files from different OS's.

We want a leak for the Tour to get a newer SFI (radio) file ALONG with the java files.

Well looking at the two SIF files, they are stamped pretty much on the same day, the 191 Tour is stamped August 17 1:45 and the Storm 230 file is stamped August 17 2:34
I do check the version of the os in Options about, it is saying 5.0.0.230 usually hybrids maintain their core version and just have some mods updated to the latest ver.
But hey what do I know I am new here

One other thing isn't the Storm leak a hybrd built on top of the 191 Storm OS ? So same concept

I wasn't trying to make anyone mad. I was just trying to say that I'm sad now cause I won't have computer access for an entire week! I hope someone doesn't leak it before I get back!

Even though the SFI files were compiled on the same day or not, they will not be compatible with both devices...They are coded for 2 seperate devices and the loading process can see this.

When people build hybrids for the Tour lets say...they ALWAYS use a SFI file from a Tour OS, then they pull Java files from all over the place to make different apps better/faster.
