9360 curve OS7.1 does not prioritize wifi!

I try web browser using wifi but it always runs with EDGE (I have registered BIS).
It did not work like this before I upgrade OS to v7.1

Is this the issue of OS or network provider? anyone has the same problem?

What happens when you turn wifi on with your network off?

Turn off network it works well on wifi, much faster. I wonder why the os does not prioritize wifi without turning off the network.

Curious.....what makes you think that it's not using the wifi when you browse? Can you post a screen shot of what you see that shows that it's not using wifi?

    Here are some screen shots.

Wifi is on; network is on

Browse web, then wifi disappears, only EDGE (network) is on. It is very slow, and in this case, browse fails

Turn off network, only wifi on, and browse again. It is very fast.

I think that you might have a conflict in your BlackBerry time and network time. Set your phone to "automatic" update of time and reboot your phone.

Let me know if this works!

This setting is default. Anyway the problem is still existing. I am thinking of reinstalling the OS
