Thread: Official OS vs Beta OS

Just wanted to point out some differences to new and old users of 4.6 and 5.0 OS. I will point out more than just the differences in OS but, also the differences in Applications. Please keep in mind this is a work in progress there will be a lot of editing any of your input would be appreciated. Thank you!

You can only use the Facebook Applicatoin on 4.6.


You can use Facebook Mobile on 5.0 it works good I like it.

AIM AOL Instant Messenger on 4.6 Life without expressions I just can't do it!:crazy:


AIM AOL Instant Messenger on 5.0 now this is what I'm talking about!:hail:


SMS And MMS Application on 5.0 helps separate your messages.

The Messages Application comes on both 4.6 and 5.0

Files Application on 5.0 allows you to browse remote and local files.



Playlists Application on 5.0 allows you to create music lists Standard and Automatic. Sweet App!

Oh no, not even close. The most recent browser is getting quick. Regardless, RIM knows where it's going and is planning accordingly.
