I have a Blackberry Torch 9810 with OS 188.8.131.52 installed. I decided to try the WiFi calling feature today and it didn't work. I got the message "unable to complete call" each time I attempted to place a call. I doubled checked to insure I was connected to the internet via WiFi and I was. Still no success.
My service provider is Rogers Communications and they have not officially released OS 7.1 yet, and are still using OS 184.108.40.2068. Am I doing something wrong or is this an issue with the service provider not supporting the WiFi calling feature? I spoke with technical support at Rogers and was told that because OS 220.127.116.11 is not an official Rogers release they couldn't help me.
