    Thanks Grim. I am on BES. Should I just do a security wipe, install .590 and then sync with BES again?

    Dear Sir,

    I managed to wipe and install from zero myself... hooray....
    that makes me wonder what I did wrong last time...
    to reflect..
    last time I deleted the 9900 os file from my computer than I did the wipe..
    this time I wiped 1st then deleted the os file from my pc...

    ..wonder if it makes a diff and why...
