Got it installed after the third time, lets see how it works.
    Anybody see some changes?
I noticed that after the 448 leak the battery life was only a day.

My DM for Mac does not even recognize that there is an update. Arrrrrggghhhh

I started up DM for the first time in a few months and it immediately detected that there was a software update. But then a pop up box appeared telling me that I had to upgrade my DM in order to perform the update. Downloaded and installed the update to DM, now it says there are no updates for the phone... WTF??

I reverted back to a previous version of DM and the same thing happened. Downloaded and installed DM right from the RIM site, no dice....

    Thoughts?

That would work except that I am on a Mac, using DM for Mac. On a PC, you download the OS, on a Mac you don't. The DM automatically detects that there is an update and installs it. I am on Telus btw....

Have you tried installing the Windows OS program on your mac to use DM, ect? I know that the Mac version of DM isn't as pampered as the PC version.

Hello, I installed the OS but it would not recognize my existing BIS plan. Am stuck with a small "edge" as against the "EDGE". Any idea.

Have you tried a battery pull restart after you installed the OS?
