I install BlackBerry OS's maybe 5 - 8 time per day. Is their a way i can modify the install so the setup wizard does not come up anymore unless i run the application?

I want Setup Wizard always off. can it be done?

Yes and No lol. If you download the BBhybrids tool you can use the shrink-a-Os program and shrink out a bunch of stuff. Including the setup wizard. Note shrinking the setup wizard will remove the wizard completely, so it may not be something you want to do. However it is an option.
