I think it will be horrible on any device with 256MB. I'll eat my words if it runs good but let's look at the past.
When 5.0 was making the rounds before it came official, it would cripple my Storm1. Memory management was horrible and until the later builds were being leaked was it sufficient for that platform. When devices started to get upgraded hardware, then and mostly then did 5.0 make sense.
Now its the same thing all over again. Except this time we are not seeing the 6.0 leaks.
Is there a reason why other than the obvious. We all know RIM has put the kibosch on most anything leaking but I have felt that we as a BlackBerry community would have had a 6.0 leak by now.
Unless it won't run right on current models and I mean functionaly run right.

I seem to have forgotten to see how much memory my device has... i mean finding the memory my sd card has is no problem but where is the device ram at?
of course im sure my blackberry is already too outdated for os 6 as thats how RIM seems to play :/
OS 5 worked tenfold better on my storm 1 than any previous 4.7 build.

I believe the 8900 has 256 MB of RAM so it should be able to run OS6 if the above assumptions turn out to be accurate.
