Has the 9530 been "Put Out to Pasture"?

Seems like the S1 9530 has fallen by the wayside with all the new leaks coming out for all of the other devices. I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining or whining, but was wondering if anyone new of any higher builds that are floating around in the wild?? Any info for us lonely 9530's would be appreciated. or if someone might want to drop a leak that would be great to:hail:

The 9500 had a leak and I believe they are on the same development schedule. (just different radios) We just need a CDMA carrier to leak it. (which would be nice)

Boy I hope not. I'm overall pretty happy w/my S1 (aside from low memory) and until I can get a low priced or free upgrade to the S2 plan on sticking with it. Hopefully the hybrid-makers will keep us going for a long time to come using S2 OS components.

Verizon has always been slow to let any official releases out, and I don't mind a leaked version of the OS. I'm still not comfortable working with hybrids, though, after a bad experience 6-8 months ago where I had to reload the entire OS. I'd be happy with a complete/intact/non-hybrid leaked version, not necessarily one that's "blessed" by Verizon. Any chance of that? Would love to see a new headline saying "OS 5.00.453 leaked for Storm 9530"...or something like that!

I'm on the fence between upgrading to the 9550 or moving to an Android, and I want to give BB a fair chance since I love the mechanics of the Storm...but hate the slow browser (no, I don't like Opera or Bolt either!) and relatively weak radio signals. So I'm looking for improvements in those 2 areas.

i would think it would be difficllut for a new 9530 leak because verizon has an official 5.0 os released. My guess is they are not really testing for the 9530 anymore but trying to find a good stable release for other phones....

if thats true its stupid because .328 has its faults as good as it is.....and sux for me cuz i have a 9530 and being shown no love..!

There IS a leak, it gives you the choice whether to run .419 .425 or .428
The thread to find it is (hope I don't mess this up...) : http://www.blackberryos.com/forums/h...-new-post.html
That should work, if not, search around the forum, it's here.... good luck to ya!
