Well speaking from personal experience

I have owned a BlackBerry for 7+ years I could care less if I am in the cool crowd or not :lmao: And no if the S2 came out with a sliding keyboard I would not buy it. I am bored with BB's in general the S1 and S2 are the only new things to come out of RIM in long time. I don't see anything wrong with trying a different phone that is new and exciting? With and open source operating system that can actually have major changes implemented. RIM is falling behind the times and it is starting to show. Let me give you an example.. keep in mind I am talking software not hard ware in this example.

There is no differences between my old 8830, 8130, 8330 , 9530, 9630 they are basically the same phone. Nothing new nothing eye popping.

If I was still employed with my old company I would not leave RIM as I needed the email push. But since I don't care about that (I use Gmail which is pushed instant) then there is nothing holding me back.
