UFC Fight Night 4/1 on Spike
I am a huge MMA fan and figured that some of you might be to. This thread is a bit premature but a good reminder that the fights are coming up. I will post a thread for each even as well as the fight card so you can can make your predictions and play along at home. If you don't buy the ppv like a good boy there are "places" you can find online to see it, but you do so at your own risk. The fights on 4/1, however, are free on Spike.
Carlos Condit Vs. Martin Kampmann
Ryan Bader Vs. Carmelo Marrero
Tyson Griffin Vs. Rafael Dos Anjos
Junie Browning Vs. Cole Miller
Gleison Tibau Vs. Jeremy Stephens
Ricardo Almeida Vs. Matt Horwich
Brock Larson Vs. Jesse Sanders
Tim Credeur Vs. Nick Catone
Jorge Rivera Vs. Nissen Osterneck
Rob Kimmons Vs. Joe Vedepo
Tim McKenzie Vs. Aaron Simpson
Steve Steinbeiss Vs. Ryan Jensen

I'm a HUGE mma fan as well. And I especially like the UFC ;-) I watch all the events or record them with my DVR to watch later!!

Hopefully, some of you will be on here during the fights. I have found that the predictions and a bit of shite talking make the events more enjoyable. See some of you tomorrow night hopefully.

wierd, I finally found the board again. When I hit my bookmark on Wednesday night for the fights the board had been moved or was offline...must have been pilot error.

No worries, I just thought I went crazy or the board permanently went under. Happened to see a link on Crackberry and found it again thankfully.

I used to like UFC when it was on PPV. Back when Tank Abbott and Ken Shamrock where the big guys. Even though its real, I think its one the same line with WWE when it comes to entertainment. Don't get me wrong I like MMA, I have 5 years of krav maga under me but I just don't find myself into the UFC anymore.

Why did you like it more when the guys fighting were less skilled and diverse in their training? Just curious. I think it is far more legit now and the fighters are more well trained and the fights seem to be less onesided (in general). I would also argue that out of ALL of the MMA organizations the UFC has the most well matched fights. Dana is far better at matching up styles and fighters than anyone else at this point. I always thought Elite XC's events looked like Monday Night Raw.
