After reviewing/responding to a post I hit the new posts tab so it depends on how long I spend on a particular post/thread.

Every several minutes when I'm on my Bold and about every 10 seconds on the PC.
I thought I was fairly good refreshing every 5 to 10 mins.
Simply put....A lot!
