I tried using that mobiletag app at the link you listed and while the app loaded and appears to function on my Storm, I've been unsuccessful decoding the 2D image at the top of this thread. I've tried both capturing off my LCD and off a printed copy (laser printer) and no luck either time. Ugh.

Update: I went back to mobiletag's website and successfully captured all three of their example barcodes off my LCD and they all worked (website or movie). Could the barcode at the top of this thread be bad?

The QR badge scans correctly on BBM.

This is going to sound silly, but I do not have BBM loaded on my Storm. I'm guessing then the 2D barcode in question and similar ones are specific to BBM and not standard 2D barcodes that the other app can read.

I don't think they are specific to BBM at all.

Has anyone been able to download the program to your computer? I tried both mobile and desktop downloads and neither one would work. I get as far as the download page and that's it.

I actually gave up trying to get it. The site was extremely difficult and slow to navigate.
