Thread: What TV shows do you hate or love?

Inspired by the Operation Repo topic, I thought it would be fun to share what TV shows you don't like.

I admit I watch a lot of TV. But some of it, mostly reality shows, are just play dumb and absurd.

1. Big Brother: Everyone on this show is messed up.
2. Dance Your Ass Off: Who really wants to see overweight people dance?
3. Bite Me with Dr. Mike: This show is just gross! The guy has an obsession with bugs biting him, living in him, and other nasty stuff.
4. So You Think You Can Dance: Wannabe Dancing With The Stars. Mary Murphy is crazy.
5. Wipe Out: This show is just dumb.
6. The Bachelor: Same as Big Brother. I would never want to get with any of the girls on there.
7. The Bachelorette: Ditto.
8. Survivor: This is also on the same road as Big Brother. Bunch of savages.
9. The Amazing Race: Any time I've ever seen a clip of this show, the people are whining and complaining.
10. VH1: Can't stand anything on VH1. Every show they air is brainless.

Well I guess all the ones I listed are reality shows. What TV shows do you hate?

The secret life of an american teenager. My wife watches that stupid show.

Well I don't watch a lot of TV anymore since the 3 year old runs the house but here is my list

1. Backyardigans (same premise every episode)
2. Yo Gabba Gabba (just plan weird)
3. Wonder Pets (they are creepy looking)

+1 to that Bryan and +1000000 to that stupid Yo Gabba Gabba show. UHHHHH!

LOL! Yo Gabba Gabba is stupid. But in a strange way kind of funny. The Secret Life of an American Teenager is a horrible show. Should never be aired.

I stumbled upon a quality show by paris hilton! Its uh.. Who wants to be paris hilton's BFF.. I threw up in my mouth from the 30 seconds I saw. The world is coming to an end... Soon!

Just now, got into liking 70's show since the g/f loves it and makes me watch it.

Hate to watch

OPERATION REPO - I hate it but I watch it to just laugh at how scripted it looks.

MTV - I used to love MTV, now its pathetic.

That's a better topic for this thread... what do you like to watch? There are going to be much fewer options there than the "don't like" category. There are so few shows that are worth my time.

I'll be honest... I enjoy some TLC and Discovery programming, but I get the most enjoyment out of watching Looney Toons DVD's with my kids. That's good programing.... has been for 60 years.

I by accidently stumbled into the bedroom and saw my wife watching this show and started to gag.

ANYTHING that is about nurses or doctors, or hospitals, or teens, unless its scrubs, house, dirty jobs, or deadliest catch... I dont like it lol

OMG that is totally the other type of shows i truly cannot stand. Except like you said, Scrubs and House. I just don't understand those shows. Too much drama and not enough realism or comedy.

Her mother had a show too, something to the effect of who wants to be a Hilton (the way I say it has a different intonation than the way they promoted it).

I recall seeing a promo for it where she's standing there addressing the wannabes and saying, "to be a Hilton you must possess class..." and some other stuff. I don't recall the other stuff since I broke out laughing wondering if she really believed that, and didn't hear the rest of it.

i hate reality shows especially the kardashians

There are too many shows I hate, many of which have been listed already. As for favorites, my top two are no longer making new episodes (Stargate SG-1 & Stargate Atlantis) :02:. Those would be followed by Dr. Who, Leverage, History Detectives, Diners Drive-ins & Dives, Mythbusters, House, and Nova.

I just finished watching Leverage tonight. Kind of sucked though.
