I'm just wondering how the places that do review sites (ex. phonescoop, phonearena) get all the new phones to test out? Is there some kind of contract you have to have with the company? If anyone has any information on this it will be appreciated. Thank you...

A lot of it has to do with the reputation and size of an organization. It's not possible for the average web site to call up Verizon and ask to demo their latest device. I've tried.

Very true Sunkast, only the major sites like CNET and a few others have that ability.
