Thread: Using Ebay to buy BB Accessories

Hey Dukins, not to make you regret your purchase or anything but...... you can get the OEM BB Storm leather swivel case for around $10 on ebay. I actually have 2 of them. Its a great case.

I switched to a innocase I and belt clip now. Great case and clip. And it puts the storm in standby mode too.:haha:

Wow. I guess I need to start looking a little bit harder. I dont have an ebay account though.

I didn't either until I started looking for BB accessories. It takes like 5 min to set one up

ebay is great for accessories, but just be weary of who you are buying from and make sure you look into their feedback

Very true, I havent had any problems from US sellers though. Most of the accessory stores have tons of feedback and are reputable. Stay away from sellers in China. They offer very cheap accessories and are not worth buying.

And to add to this. Stay away from any buyers from Southern Africa if you ever decide to sell. I was selling my Storm and I seriously got like 6 people wanting to pay like $800 for a $300 dollar phone and scam :cussing:

Thanks for the help im about to create one to see what I can find. Do you all recommend buying from people that want to do business outside of ebay?

I think im going to slow down on buying accessories and themes in preparation of s2. :biglaugh:

Never ever buy something or sell something on ebay when that person wants to go outside of Ebay. That is asking for trouble. I have been buying and selling on Ebay since 1998 and nothing good has ever come from doing that.

I'm with Bryan on that one. Not a good idea.

I did buy a car outside of ebay once. Guy ended the bid early and I met him down in Atlanta. Now it proudly displays the BBOS bumper sticker :lmao:
