Vlingo and their lack of support!!
I bought Vlingo when they went to 3.0, and it worked great until I had to get a replacement storm two weeks ago. After re-installing it on the new storm, the software was in "trial" mode.
After numerous emails, and deleting, re-installing per their direction, I STILL only have the "trial" version.
I'm not a big "complainer". I just want what I pay for. So I'm thinking maybe after posting this, maybe, just maybe, their support will actually come through.
Great program, but your support is lacking!!!
Anyone else experiencing issues with them, now might be the time to let others know.
I deleted mine. I was experiencing to many problems.
Chris I hear ya man! I had the same issue with Nikkisoft over quicklaunch several months ago. It took me 3 weeks to finally get a valid activation code. Can I ask where you bought Viigo?
Hey I had the same issue and later discovered that Vlingo doesnt support the storm.

While they don't 'officially' support the Storm, it worked great on mine up until I sold it a couple weeks ago. Weird...

Anyway, the app is working as it should now. It's out of trial mode.
Still a lil' :angryfire: because it took two weeks and a negative post to get them to act.
