Thread: John and Kate Plus 8....

What are your thoughts on this show? I personally think the media is getting out of control over them getting a divorce. The majority of the people here I'm sure has parents who divorced, its not like it is something new to people. The media needs to step back. Ya, they have their own TV show but damn, the media is like hound dogs when it comes to this.

I personally think this 'divorce' thing is publicity stunt.

i dont think its a stunt, i dont think they would put their kids through all this just for ratings or whatever...

i think the media def needs to back off and let them live their lives.

i hope not but so far most families that have gone thru a season or 3 have come to bad terms.. look at the hulkster and his family.. thats just flat out horse s***.. media sux and the fact that their every waking moment is recorded is even worse.. the stress the sadness the emotional strain must be horrible

I agree with Laney. The media loves to grab onto a story squeeze the living life out of it, until there is nothing left.

Sorry I think these reality based shows have gone far enough. The media loves to highlight anything negative, as for those watching, people can say hey our life isn't so bad.

but on the show it always looks awesome and happy times.. but the media on the outside goes and sticks foootz in bottomz and really milks the stories till they r bone dry

Jason, I agree with you! I really feel bad for those children. As someone else said, they need to live their own lives, instead of public lives....They wanted to be popular and this and that, but there comes a time that people pay a price for those things. Sucks to be them right now

Being that i reside next to where they film that show several people have already confirmed what a B***H she is. He is a total dope and honestly im glad the show will be coming to a grinding halt. A couple people said that the B***H was in it for the fame and money. :bryce::bryce:

She may be a b***h but we don't know truly how he is either....You know of a saying that someone's family is like a dark forest, so we may never know of all the darkness....of, course, they were more in the light than regular people, but there are still things that we don't know and may never know....I just hope they think really hard about their decision, so they wouldn't regret it later on.

They are the ones who had 2 children and then a set of sixtuplets (six babies), and then decided to do a reality show of their family and so on...

It takes a toll on a person, exapeciallys kids. I'm still down about my parents splitting up. That's why I strive to have my relation work ... Times to hard to be splitting up.
