    Good to hear Mike

I recently kicked the memory OCD habit and haven't felt better. If your phone is running fine then don't worry about it my new philosophy.

    Hi Brian,
Not that I'm worried about mem at all but I like to see how much I can load the storm up and still function normally.Just for kicks.

I noticed the other day, I started having numerous hourglasses on just about everything, hanging for a good 15 seconds or so, I checked my memory, and I was down around 10mb - that was the only time I really had a problem. With a quickpull, brings me up to about 49MB,then over the course of the day, I drop to about 24-26mb, but with no real issues or lag. So in my case, the only time I care about the memory is when it's down around 10mb, I usually don't let it get that low,but it was a busy week, and I really didn't do much memory cleaner,or quickpulls. Kinda wasn't on my mind like it usually is...lol. Just a bit of useless info for you guys!

OK, of course I have to chime in on this. I have ran my memory down to 7 & 8mb before with no slowdown whatsoever. So unless I have spinning clocks or just have to reboot, I don't worry about my memory at all anymore. Running 2 straight days while at 8mb totally changed the way that I used to worry about app memory

I agree. I can run fine at 7-50+ free. It doesn't really make a difference unless I get hour glasses or the phone is sluggish. No more OCD for me!
Bryan's Blog, lots of good info:
