Cute Baby Bird found in my pantry

This baby fell out of the hole in my pantry wall.

It was running around lost and hungry. So far it's been 3 full days and it's getting stronger.

Hopefully I can keep it alive till it's able to fly. I have read that 95% of birds found die for one reason or another.

I figure I'll play the odds...5% is better than nothing. :)

Now this is FP worthy! :) What are you feeding him/her?

Don't laugh...but dog food. Its what I read about after I found it. They say its high in protein. I also bought liver which I will be trying today.
Its almost double its weight and I've been letting it exercise around my kitchen lol.
I am very happy with the progress its made. If I can get it to learn how to fly and gain altitude I can let it go.
