Yours truly is a Blackberry Expert!

I just took and passed my level 3 Blackberry training test today from RIM. I am not at the very top yet, there is a level 4, but to my knowledge I am the only Level 3 in Colorado. YeeeHaaaa!!!!

The train classes I am taking on for Retail Selling, Tech Support (Software, not Hardware) and ApplicationsPrograms knowledge. Level for is BES Solutions (I don't deal with many buisnesses during the day at my (AT&T) store so I may not go for my level 4 certification.

But yeah, good news!

GREAT NEWS! Now, do they have these tests for programming? Obviously they are not free, so how much do they cost?

They are the retail support test. They are free, but when you create your account you have to put in your store name, location and number. They whole site is for non-consumers. Some of the tests (In Higher Levels) are very technical, however level 1 is not sure bad. 4 our of the 6 tests in level one are selling techniques (EASY).

As I said easy!

Its useful... It teaches you all the keys selling points and functions of the Blackberry devices and software. Basically it teaches you to answer the most basic consumer question "Why Blackberry and not iPhone, Android, Windows..." Each store is required to have at least 1 Level 1 Blackberry expert. Each Region is require a Level 2 (Me) and now I passed level 3.

Not to bring up VZW but most sales persons have to level 3 tech certified, even indirect agents have to take that test... and thank to this site I acutally passed it!

Yeah, I have heard that VZW before...

AT&T has the iPhone and thats what they push. We are require to have loads on the iPhone. hehe I am level 3 BB so they don't make me go higher then level 1 iPhone. Passed those and was like PEICE! F that crappy phone. I have 3 employees that are higher levels, its a good relationship.
I handle BB Stuff, the deal with iPhone.
