Alright. Im bringing this thread back up. I'm going to bitch about what I hate the most.
Today I called Verizon because my brothers phone got suspended because hes been sick and out of work. So I call them to pay the bill. I LOVEEEEE how there is a 15.00 reconnection fee. I think that is SO pathetic. Oh but thats not it. I also got a new credit card. I only allowed myself a 250.00 limit. So I get it in the mail today and look and read.. and oh look, theres been 179.00 in charges already and i only have a 71.00 credit line. I read the back of the paper, nothing tells me why its 179.00. I call the credit card place and Im laughing this evil laugh while shes telling me this.. Account Set up fee of 95.00, account activiation fee of 25.00, some other stupid ass fee for 9.00. I mean really? Seriously? So far, those two things that happened today have annoyed the shit out of me.

Im expecting something in the mail, tracked it and it shows undeliverable, being returned to sender. "WHAT THE F*CK" I yell out. So I decide to call them. Like with everything else, I get a computer. I hit zero, so I can speak to an operator.."im sorry what was that?" ::sigh:: I hit zero again "Again, Im sorry, what did you say" im swearing "son of a bitch", I hit zero again "Im really sorry Im having trouble understanding what you are saying, lets try another action. What is your tracking number"..hit zero again wait 15 seconds. "Im sorry please try another tracking number"..hit zero again "I am having trouble locating that tracking number, please enter it again"...Now im getting ready to throw my phone out the window..i hit zero "Let me transfer you to a customer service rep"...OHHHH FINALLy!!! 10 mintues of hitting zero finally, I get a human being.
Now that I am off the phone. I'm going to eat. ha. End rant.
I work in wireless and I hate how it is somehow my fault that a customer dropped their phone in water, voiding their warranty, and them not having insurance on their phone and phones costing so much.
