I would love to have the new playbook, but, personally don't have any need for it. I have a blackberry bold 9900 and the wifi playbook, so don't need the LTE version. The BB10 however, now that would be a need.

Is it locked to the carrier? A 2 kb / email will also cost you 20 kb while roaming in Europe. My emails cost me $1,200 for 3 weeks in Holland. If I had used a locale carrier, it would hav cost me less than $20.00.

Yes the devices will be locked to the respective carriers in Canada (this is true for almost all devices sold in Canada).

I am really curious to what these sales will be like.
