This is very similar to BlackBerry balance, and I believe it will be a legit contender. They are planning a BlackBerry version as well.

More than anything RIM needs to advertise. They need to be part of our consciousness. I think it is their worst failing. A fantastic product that no one knows about is no better than a dud. ATT is "demanding" that you cut your rates. It's time to rattle their cage! But, you can't do it from the bleachers!
Also, recognize that Apple is in bed with the carries. Steve Jobs was a carnivore who portrayed himself as a nice guy and made Apple "America's Sweetheart". Even though they created most of their jobs overseas.
Give your sales force some support.
