Article: What RIM's Business Update Is Saying
What a unfortunate mess this is.... Also when carriers are not pushing to sell RIM's products (which I experienced personally). When I went to an AT&T store to have one of their reps check my device his recommendation was to replace this device through insurance and when it is time to upgrade get an iPhone or Droid. In his words "They are more reliable." Hah.... Really... I walked in with a BlackBerry and they try to get me to upgrade to anything but another BlackBerry. My Berry didn't even need to be replaced, it was a software issue. I found that out later which was confirmed by AgentBlackBerry. Then i went to VZW with my father to get a new phone he said he wanted another BlackBerry, but why did they show him Droid's and POS iPhone's first??? He walked out after about ten minutes with his original Curve.
