Hello Viber Team, thanks for joining us with a response. I have a question. Will the PlayBook be getting the Viber app with call support, or video call support?

Tks for adding viber on to blackberrry phones, and will the call feature be added soonest? and any possible chance of allowing user to change the alert tone for viber?

Releasing the beta version with messaging only is only the first step. We are working around the clock to bring the VoIP feature to our fans, and we hope to complete it within the next few to several months. We'll keep you posted with news.

About Playbook - as you know, Playbook runs a much different OS version that the Blackberry phones. We plan to look into official support for Playbooks in the future, but we still can't guarantee specific dates.

Hello Viber, thanks for the reply.

I imagine that since the PB and BB 10 phones will be running the same OS 10 and they will both have front facing cameras, that this is when you will bring video call support.

Support BB OS10 is certainly something that's on our list of development, but we still don't have guaranteed release dates.

Viber for BB OS10 is still being looked into these days, so we are still not quite sure about the technical details of its development. Once we have more concrete news about it, we will share it with our users

I apologize - I must have missed the original post regarding this!

This option is certainly something we plan to add in the future, but unfortunately at this stage we still not sure when exactly that will happen. We'll keep you posted once we have concrete news about implementing this new feature
