It is sad to say, but I feel that the news media has fallen prey to the "Apple Cult". They seem to be unable to see or understand a superior product because of the "Cult Like Following" that they gave all Apple products over the last few years. Now is the perfect time for smart investors to buy up RIM stock and get in on the ground floor of a "Bold" new and superior smart phone product. The rest will become history. It is time to wake up and knock over the apple cart.
BlackBerry will once again rule the smart phone market and show "Big Business" how secure business is done. It is just a matter of time untill the blinders fall off and the news media see the light at the end of the tunnel.

While I agree that the BlackBerry 10 platform is going to be a far superior one to the competition, I most certainly, and vehemently, disagree about any further delays. Everything you are saying about the need for development is spot on, but the biggest thing that has been the company's detriment has been the consistent delays. That can not be done any longer. All of these improvements can be done within the specified time. If a few developers aren't on board yet, they better not delay over apps. The functionality of the os and unified platform between phone and tablet are what matter most. All with a sleek hardware design.

Here's the other problem, the first BB10 device will prolly be released at pretty much the exact same time as iPhone 5.
The best thing rim can do is get the new devices to market.....now. Okay, ok..soon then
