the fixes for the following issues.
- somestimes message sent by a user is not successfully delivered
- contacts are not updated successfully from he application
-adding the same contact back after deleting does not work
-contacts presence information is sometimes not correctly reflected in the application
i was facing 1,3,4 issues.. after upgrading seems working fine
