I hope they aren't charging for the OS upgrade! However, I do think that's a good sneaky tactic to say it is free, even though we know updates are free. I also like that they point out the new features of OS 2.0, that's also a great tactic to entice the customer because probably everyone has been hearing about the negative points of the PlayBook and this will lay to rest some of the most disturbing ones like no dedicated email and lack of apps (although they REALLY need Skype, Yahoo Messenger, OoVoO and Google Talk).

Netflix is also a big negative for the PlayBook right now as well.
