Absolutely good times here J. I would have been lost with this devise if it wasn't for this site. Now I know which apps to try thanks to the many reviews I get here. How to fix things when I have an issue. Heck even suggestions which Dead show to listen to thanks to Lou. Well I'm signing off now, the big 66 today. Mrs. Is taking me to Rum Runners for my favorite dinner (chicken wings) and on the way home she will be taking the wheel cause I will be seeing double.

This week we have the entire second set of the Dead's wonderful performance at the Orlando Arena on April 7th, 1991. A splendid example of Garcia and Hornsby, this set opens with a splendid Crazy Fingers into an always enjoyable Playin'>Uncle John's>Playin' sandwich... I especially enjoy the jamming in the Playin' reprise, which goes into a very enjoyable drumz>space segment.*
The set closes with a wonderful Hornsby presence on the 'Baby Blue' encore..*

I enjoyed last weeks first set, but this second set...After listening to that "Space" reminded me of the ol days....felt like taking the back cover off an old transistor radio and just staring at it for a while while listening to this....of course after eating some Campbell's Mushroom Soup. LMFAO. I gather you did not have the joy that is ramen noodles back in the day.

In a pinch, I'd just eat the noodles dry. With LOTS of water to drink.

No set list, but who can resist primal DEAD?!?!?!?!?!?!

I had a request from one of my long time listeners for some primal Dead.. preferably from '67..
Well I have been wanting to break this out for a while and while its not quite '67 its only a month off.. Jan of '68 .. although there has been some discussion as to the legitimacy of the date and venue of this show.. what there is no question of is that this is a helluva piece of early Dead music.. I really enjoy the Born Cross-Eyed, well and the Spanish Jam and the Dark Star.. and and : ) Seriously this piece will take several listens to fully digest ..

Once again thanks for posting this Lou. I especially like this cause with no set list its neat anticipating what the next song will be. On an aside maybe you can help me out Lou, I had to replace my storm, when I hook up to DM no problem connecting to do back ups, etc. But when I go to download your podcast on my phone the computer doesn't recognize it. I have the mass storage enabled and also the mass storage mode support turned on also (just the way I had it set on my other phone) Any ideas what it could be? Hope your having a good ol GD day

Are you able to D/L the pod to the computer and then just drag and drop the mp3 file onto the media card?
