Thread: Cannot. Purchase Apps from Appworld

Since I loaded version 4 of Appworld (upgraded to 4.0.0.63) last week, I get error 11000 when using Visa credit card as payment option. I tried creating paypal account, linked to my visa card, but still getting the same error. I have been able to buy from Appworld before the upgrade. Am in South Africa, and using BB Bold 9790 OS 7.1.0 Build 39. Any help will be appreciated.

I heard that this has worked for some users:

Go to appworld on your phone (might work on appworld website too), go to 'my world,' click bb button and choose 'pmt options' choose 'paypal' option, click next and log in to verify your account. My login info was wrong and once i changed it and logged in I was able to buy apps in appworld using paypal.
