Hi everyone i have problem for my blackberry curve 8520

my problem is a while screen display in my screen , this problem make for the first time when i install app Paypal my phone turn off i don't understand why then i removed my battery for restarting but it block in while screen i make it in charge , my phone work but some time the while screen will display again , please help me

Are you able to backup your phone? I would do that first then remove the paypal app.

thanks you for help . but i can find the app paypal in list app download , i find it in my app word haw can i find it and uninstall it
