Hey there. I'm a fairly new bb user so I don't knw a lot of thing.

Firstly I'd like to kow where can I get a theme that would also change the look of my bbm completeley. I'd like it to be pink or red. Either one

The second thing is that I don't know what OS7 and OS6 means.

There is no way to change the look of BBM because it is a separate app from the main OS.

OS 7 and OS 6 are different operating systems that run on BlackBerry devices. OS 7 being the newest.
