Thread: Ahoy, ahoy

Hello all.

Thought I'd drop by and through my two-penneth in.

Been a BlackBerry user for a good few years and can't really imagine using an iOS or Android device. I'm either stuck in my ways or know a good thing when I'm onto it.

Have put together a few PlayBook apps to dip my toe into the water of app development. Now that BlackBerry 10 is coming properly, then it's a great chance to focus a little less of my web development work and start thinking about mobile apps.

Got the wife on a BlackBerry as well, and will probably get them for the kids when they're older.

Looking forward to having a BlackBerry 10 device in my hand, and from what I've seen so far - I *might* actually be tempted to switch from a keyboard to a full-touch!

I know exactly how you feel. I have done the two phone at one time thing, and got a iPhone, and got a Droid. The iPhone was great in ways, but I always ended up finding myself aimlessly wondering the app store out of boredom. Also, getting emails was a chore on the iPhone. I also had a DroidX for awhile in which was the buggiest piece of shit battery sucker I have ever used.

Looking forward to what you have coming to the PlayBook and BB 10 device. Make sure to let us know when you have something finished.

I like the fact that I am stuck on BlackBerry. There's something about being loyal to the brand that adds to my love of the platform itself. These are exciting times in the BlackBerry World and I love being a part of it! Kudos my friend!
