I assumed by your profile which shows OS 7.0.0.187, does not have the mobile hotspot feature.

Please correct this by editing and updating this information on your profile.

As for mobile hotspot on your BlackBerry Torch 9810, you need a data plan, please contact your mobile provider for more information how to enable mobile hotspot on your account.

Also, the WiFi feature is free to use, you need to connect to your wireless router's SSID, if this SSID has a password, enter it.

If the SSID does not have a password, just connect to the wireless router, and surf away using your BlackBerry's browser.
