First forum joined

hey guys...haven't really joined a BB forum yet, since none of the other ones really interested me...but this one seems pretty good so far...hope I see you all on the forum sometime...
I've been around blackberries in personal and corporate environments for about 5 years now so feel free to ask me anything on troubleshooting...I've seen just about every issue...
