    basically here it is:

    i know a bunch about blackberries in general, nothing about OS codes, but know how they should run, what they should be able to do, and the fundamental process and core concept of troubleshooting a blackberry. i know someone who works for VZW and does testing, some of which includes the blackberry. other than that i'm just a regular schmuck like the rest of ya's...so if i know something i have no reason to hide it or dance around. if i know, i'll say. pretty simple. if i don't chime in, chances are...i just don't know.
