hi neolantis , i saw your video on how to upgrade the bb os for bold 9700 i am having problem with upgrading, now i already wipe all data but cannot load the new os everytime i went to the loader it says there is no compatible software for you blackberry device. can you help????

Hi there. When I open the apploader under log in as administrater, after 30 seconds to a minuite the box comes up that you mention. After clicking next another box comes up after another delay that says: communication port selector. This is not mentioned in your tutorial and it does not allow me to choose anything in this box. What is going on?

Hi, upgraded my 9900 to os7.1. My BBSAK can no longer detect my device. Also there is no such thing as "restore apps" in the BBSAK v 1.5. What do I do?

I use the your tutorial to upgrade my BB 9360 to 7.1 with this OS:
9360_7.1.0.258 - Downloads - BlackBerryOS.com
I delete all previous versions of BBOS, downloaded that, install, reboot when requested, then I plug in 9360 (wiped), went to apploader, deleted vendor.xml and star loader.exe but when I see the screeen where it must contain the version of the OS to be installed appear that no compatible OS versions are installed.
what must I do? I really want mobile hotspot...

hey.. i've followed your tutorial on upgrading the os. i'm using bold 9700 with os 5, upgrading to os 6, until the wipe device process. then after i wiped, the phone doesn't reboot. i'm using bbsak v1.9.1
what should i do? the phone works fine with old os after wipe device process. help me.

Hi there, I was following your instructions to load a new os to my blackberry. I did everything correctly until I got to the section where I would have to select Computer->Program Files->Common Files->Research In Motion. I am using Windows Vista and have yet to find anything that says Research In Motion can you please help me?

i have a nuked storm 9500. i tried following your steps.... i get to the unknown part yet mine shows up with my pin and when i do click next it doesnt load it goes onto the next page but i cant click on anything

i have the att torch 9800 and i was completely happy with it until it started to do/or not do the following things: wouldn't allow me access to any email setup or email options; the usb cable fails to connect consistently; and simply, at&t "address book" feature is a crock! anyway, i just attempted to reinstall the 6 os and now it says that the "built in media card" has an error. i'm pulling my hair out!!!!!
