  1. You should be able to delete BBM using the Desktop Manager. If for some reason you can't, I suggest reloading the operating system using Desktop Manager. That should solve your problem. I would also suggest not reloading a backup file. Just do a clean install.
  2. Hello nice one. I call you nice because you are doing great in this outfit and I like that. I just beg you to please help me with this. I downloaded a bbm update and shortly after installation all I keep having from time to time is Error 603 Reset in a white sceen. I have deleted all installed applications in the device and its still the same. I have been looking for ways to delete the new installed bbm application but I couldn't. I use a touch 9800. This same problem happened not long ago to my bb storm and I got no solution to it until I disposed it. I hope this is not going to be a repition which will be very painful cause I love this touch device. Please help me. What can I do?
