Thread: Sync music using BB Desktop Manager

I'm having trouble syncing my iTunes playlists. It seems to start out fine but it gets about 3/4 of the way through and just sits there? it dosen't crash, the progress bar just sits there stuck. I've even left it on when I went to bed one night (to see if I was just being impatient) but the next morning it's still just sitting there in the same place.

Any ideas?

You may have to do a reinstall, but I am not for sure. I am sure one of our helpful staff members will be able to come in and help out further.

Is it possible you are exceeding the limitations of your media card?

I thought that was the issue so I wiped the card of all the music that was on it. Then I tried to just load one playlist and the same thing happened.

Then I tried making sure iTunes wasn't running. Same results
Then I tried making sure NO programs but the BB Desktop Manager
were running. Same results

What's weird is that as far as I can tell its actually putting the music,
playlist and all, on the phone. It just seems to hang up at the end of the
operation.

Oh well, thats what Betas are for, testing the waters to see what works and what doesn't!
