I re-did some timings on boot time. Much better now - 3min 15s using Quickpull and 3min 45 doing a physical battery pull. Great work!

Yup only the java files in my hybrid just move it to java folder and all gonna work fine

not detecting it

thats what i did, but when i use loader exe its only trying to add apps not os, it not detecting os

Try to wipe it 1st.. it should detecting

its not trying to load 4.6 at all just apps. i re-ran .297 then just swapped out java folder and tried to load but it just wants to load apps

its wiped already

thats weird it should had detecting the os not the apps maybe there a miss step causing this

Try using this
Quick instructions:

1. backup and wipe recommended (don't forget 3rd party app backup via BBSAK)
2. install AT&T official 4.6.0.297 on your PC and remove all other OS versions
3. delete vendor.xml
4. download the hybrid .exe from the link provided above
5. run the hybrid .exe file over your 4.6.0.297 java folder
6. run loader.exe (restore 3rd parties during this process)
7. restore backups
8. 3 consecutive battery pulls
9. restore all software configs, etc. as needed

backed up shit.
wiped
ran hybrid
put files in folder
swapped java files
there was no vendor file
ran loader
it only wants to run apps

Well thats something... try running it on loader.exe
in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

If still not some say if using loader.exe cant upgrade it try using the Desktop manager

f it again. i tried for 2 days now. im good with regular os. next time

tried that too but DM doesnt recognize phone.
