Thank you for all your hard work. Up and running on 2 Bolds. Available memory is higher and all is stable. Browser and VVM all working perfectly.

Overall Almost the same but the v2 had an avantage in Battery efficiency:07:

went wrong somewhere. it loaded 297. when you open hybrid where do the files go? within 297?

do i have to move files like in v1?

i cant find hybrid files

wiped all that, have 297 in loader, ran hybrid then my java folder was full and the 297 folder had a bunch of cod files there too along with java folder and alx files

If U got trouble just extracted to a temporary file and Move or copy-paste to the java folder in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\[Your OS]\java

Install the .297 official first because the setup only contain java files only

Hi after loading V2, I have all the new modules, but everytime I restart the Radio is off, my icons get moved, and all my BBM conversations are gone again! Any ideas? Should I wipe and try to reinstall? Thanks guys!

It shouldnt like that try wiping from the bb using option>advance option>security opt>general option>wipe handheld

So I tried the wipe and now everytime I restart my phone, the radio is still off and I get the welcome setup wizard! IDK I'm gonna try to wipe through BBSAK and reload!

Ok I'm an idiot. Went back, read the previous posts. Removed the Vendor file and now it's working perfectly. I'm not noticing that the media card scan any faster, but the reboot time is amazing. I was having like 9-11 min reboots. Now it's at 3 mins!!! I'm stoked. Only been running for a few mins, so I'll post later on the battery life!! Thanks Xonx!!!

Intesting. I had a reboot time of 4min 15s with v1.0 it's now at 5min 45s with v2.0. No big deal.

BTW Xonz, did you remove Memory Cleaner?

Yup I remove the memory cleaner bcuz letting it enabled just making a memory leak...

Ah, okay. That explains the memory stability I'm seeing.

I re-did some timings on boot time. Much better now - 3min 15s using Quickpull and 3min 45 doing a physical battery pull. Great work!
