Thats pretty much correct. First you install the regular base OS, and then when you install the hybrid, the hybrid installer will replace certain files that are already installed. If you only install the hybrid, you will end up missing files needed for a complete OS.

I am a bit new but can somebody tell me whats the difference with the hybrids and the normal os??????

Correct me if I'm wrong here- which i probably am, But I think that a hybrid is 2 OS's combined into one, or sometimes, several different OS's combined into one OS.

You are on target. Elements of a stable OS (official or leaked) are combined with other OS's to make a "hybrid".

Installing over a clean OS means that if you have an OS already installed on your computer that you have modified, you should uninstall, and reinstall. Here are some general instructions on how to install a hybrid.

9. Double click on loader.exe or from shrink, click launch loader.exe
10. Wait for it to be finished, then restore everything through Desktop Manager
11. Do 3 60-second battery pulls (pull battery, wait 60seconds, replace battery, wait till phone boots up, repeat total of 3 times)
12. Set everything up the way you like it and enjoy your phone
