Sorry guys for the late response we are in dif time zones, to answer questions about the Browser here is the answer:

Browser will look same as 4.6, what you'll get is noticeable in performance, and stability.

If you'll like to see more 5.0 features please stop by the FIndings tread for this hybrid and ask there, V2 in the works and more features from 5.0 are to be added, of course based in what you all would like to see.

hey there first and foremost welcome to blackberryos!

now to answer your question follow this path;

options > advance options > applications > bb menu button and click modules
a list will pool and you should see a number of different files from different operating systems

Hello fsantiago and welcome to BBOS.

So the first thing I would look for to verify that you have the new BBM 5.0 features is the ability to scan in new contacts. If you select add new contact, you should get an option that will allow you to scan a 2D barcode. If this feature is listed as an option than you have the new BBM 5.0.

I uploaded this hybrid the other day and i got the BBM 5, but when i look in my apps it doesnt say BBM 5.0 it still says 4.6 why is that?

Looking at the modules does help with seeing the versions. Thanks for all the responses. Definitely looking forward to the Hybrid v2 that is in the works. Thanks for giving us 4.6 users the good features out of 5.0. I wouldn't mind seeing the media player functions. Is there a way to give us Bold users the option to choose wifi over BIS like they do with the tmobile blackberries? that one may be something hard to do. Hey if you don't ask you will never know.

Okay, so word-wrap still shouldn't be working? And the search bar pulldown should still look like 4.6? Maybe nothing is wrong with the way I have it installed. I will say that everything I've tested so far is working very smoothly. Thanks again.

If you go to add a contact and have the option of scanning a bar code you definitely have the 5.0.

Word wrap doesn't work on this hybrid is not compatible with 4.6, but you sure have the speed and some enhancements from 5.0, bbm shows 4.6 but is the the new one, reason is simple is bbm4.6 v2 that's all, and for wifi over BIS if you mean UMA bold doesn't suppoet that feature.

Welcome to BlackBerryOS gundala!!!

Go to Options/Advanced Options/Applications/ Highlight "Phone" do not click/BB Button/Edit Permissions and allow on each. Do the same for the Viigo app. Also when you highlight the viigo app/BB Button/ disable compatibility mode. Let us know if that helped.

question, did you downloaded the application ota or installed from a back up?

at first time i installed from backup.....but when i see its not working so i delete viigo apps and then i use ota link to download but the result still same........

make sure you have no viigo installed on the phone, then open the browser and clear the browser cache including cookies, and download again, prior to start the download checkmark the option to set permissions, then hit download, set all permissions to allow and run the download.
