Lyricidal's 9630 Hybrid
Install instructions:
Download and install 4.7.1.40 OS
Download and install the Hybrid (Winrar required to extract)
Extract contents of that .rar to your 4.7.1.40 OS folder
When asked, overwrite/replace all files
Shrink if you wish to do so
Load to phone using Loader.exe
