so go on then tell me why i should use a hybrid , i am running 6.0.0.723 P6.6.0248 on my bold 9780 at the moment and there are a few things i dont use in the original os and think that a hybrid may make life faster so please guys point me in the right direction

calendar
contacts
bbm
sms
browse
opera
camera
quicklaunch
password keeper
so these are the ones i use most along with a couple apps
which hybrid should i try first ?
personally I dont use hybrids. Others use hybrids to boost performance on their device. The best thing to do with any hybrid OS is to make sure you have a valid back up of your current phone and then just test it out. It also helps to review others experience with it to see what features they have. You can check out the following post for some information about a hybrid for the 9780:

thankyou ice , i have read more posts and have decided to just thin down the os i am on at the moment with bbsak and deleting some cod,s to see how i get on .

very happy with what i have managed to do so far , i removed the bits i dont use and even put some older versions of appworld and facebook , the phone has now been on and used for 45 1/2 hours and has 60% battery left from one charge , this is great it used to be down to 45-50% in one day
