Remember before installing -it should work, but no guarantess as I do not have an 8330M to test onn
To install:
Copy or extract this whole files contents to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\8330-v4.5.0.138_P3.4.0.30 or 8330-v4.5.0.131_P3.4.0.## folder
Shrink files if you'd like
Update your phone

Let me know if it works - it should, but no guarantess as I do not have an 8330M to test on
