instructiion
1. instal Official: OS 5.0.0.713
2. instal Alexander_Ekin Hybrids V832B
3. delete vendor xml
4. backup ur device with dekstop manager
5. backup ur apps with BBSAK 1.7
6. wipe ur device with security wipe(go to option-security option-security wipe chose email and user installed app) after finish do wipe device with BBSAK or jl cmder
7. launch loader.exe
8. IF DONE, do security wipe again before restore apps and data.
9. restore apps, if done do hard reset with replace battery
10. ENJOY WITH THIS OS. thanks

have you taken your battery off and let your bb settle its initializing job after you install the hybrid? try taking off your battery and leave it out for 5 min or so and try again. it might help.

I been on this hybrid for two days now and all I can say is this hybrid is a very good one, fast and good battery life. The only reason that need to switch back to Lyr's hybrid is because my youtube won't play on wifi connections. I don't know if there's somebody outhere who have the same experience like me.

ok third day on the build and the battery has setteled down now think when i first reinstalled my apps this one program was runing in back ground and that contributed to the major drain i was getting ... ok so far pretty fast all around ...memory very good ..not sure about the browser could be a little faster then the .794 i was using before ... would deff recomend if your looking for a new hybrid to use ... thx alexander for your hard work and for getting these files out for free

I have installed on my storm2 9520 (base .741). hybrid is running very smoothly. After using more than 24 hrs, fully satisfied. Picture folders are taking some time in opening but once opened then quite fast.

this hybrid works fine, except when on calls, it sounds like a computer talking for a few seconds, I'm dealing with it, but does anyone know the cause?

That has been happening to me too but on other new hybrids, I know exactly what you're talking about. Kicks in for a second or two when you're talking and gets all computerized.... It has only happened to me though with either OS6 files in the hybrid I believe

This may be a silly question, but I'm new to this whole loading hybrids thing. What is loader.exe, and if it's just the app loader for blackberry desktop software, how do you load a hybrid with that?

With Hybrids you install a base, usually the latest OS for your phone, after that, install the hybrid os that matches your phone. Make sure you pay attention to the install path, with 64 bit it installs to the Program Files (x86) folder | 32 bit goes to the normal Program Files.

Use Blackberry Desktop Manger to back up your phone, messages, address book, etc. Then use Blackberry Swiss Army Knife to back up your apps & wipe your phone.

Once your phone is wiped you will get an error message on a white screen, don't panic this is good. Now use app loader

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe" (64 bit)

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe" (32 bit)

you will see the pin of your phone, hit next, then after retriving device configuration, you will be able to install your new OS.

Once you learn do install using app loader, you will never use Desktop Manager to install an os ever again, good luck, if you need any help, just pin me.

hello..i'm new here..pls let me know if any os support my 5.0.0.713.seems service provider in my country (malaysia) doesn't support my verizon 9550.no OTA from them n my bb cannot make USSD instead making a call.is there any solution?

hai alex, I already use your 732 hybrid, now I download your 832 hybrid. but I noticed that in your 732 you installed in folder :
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9550AMEA_v5.0.0.713_P4.2.0.323

but in your V832 the folder is :
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9550AMEA_v5.0.0.713_P4.2.0.323\Java

is there any different in the installation? I mean the effect in installation. or maybe it is a different program?

There are 4 service providers held in malaysia. Maxis,Celcom,Digi n U mobile. These all working in gsm n not support cdma at all. Any helpful from u to make my storm 2 9550 verizon much valueable in my life.thanks..

i'm using more than a week, so far so good, i loke this OS
