instruction for 9530 user
1. instal OS 5.0.0.591
2. instal alexander_ekin 9530 v643
3. wipe with bbsak or jl_cmder
4. shrunk os(optional)
5. launch loader and enjoy
dont forget delete vendor xml

u can shrunk or wipe with this tools
bbsak for wipe and read instaled cod
Shrink-A-OS for shrunk ur os to have many memory free
JL_Cmder v1.9.1 for wipe ur device

Its work for 9530 with base 591. My tester have try that. Don't worry to try load it lol.

again this is crazy, these last 2 hybrids have given me the blues, I've uninstalled Desktop Manager over 7 times, BBSAK says the phone not connecting, I'm done. Stick a fork in me....why why why, I think something is wrong with my "fone"


I'll do a dirty install to see if I can do a wipe, lately this gold and blue hour glass been on the screen. What's causing that?

Shrink, saying that the Java folder is only 11.2MB


Not sure, why this is happening, but BBSAK doesnt like when Device Manager is running, I had a few processes running, BbDevMgr.exe & RIMDeviceManager.exe. Close those down, I was then allowed to wipe my phone, as for the Shrink saying 11MB, the files were installed to Program Files instead of Program Files (x86). Finnaly After 2 hours of pulling my hair out of my head with a jacked up install, things are looking nicely.

wrong istalation lol. u must redownload new link lol. please read instuction

I don't know, but i did try the new download link, file was only 22 mb....that was extracted and before installation. Not going to try this one till I see some feedback.

I never got to the point where I needed to follow the instructions. I downloaded from the new link and opened it up. The file is only 22 mb in size. Any hybrid I have ever downloaded, and there have been quite a few, have always been in the 115 - 125 mb range.

hey man i loaded it last night and so far its good better than expected, mine was just 14.4 mb. had to highlight the java folder instead of the one with the operating folder in it. it took me a while to get it loaded but that was user error because i didnt read carefully it says to select java, but i was going by habit. but its a great hybrid.:1244:

My guess is that with a file size that small, it's probably a Java patch type hybrid.

what's in your java patch?

Running since lastnite. And it goin smooth ntn to report relly. Quick boot up. Memory holding steady but on minor usage. Battery means to go a bit fast lost over 10% in 5hrs jus laying on the desk. But maybe too soon to tell haven't done all my bat pulls. Browser decent, not as fast as the name implys. But a good smooth OS.
